@CUTVnews - Board Of Governors Meeting Cancelled
February 15, 2012
After a motion to discuss allowing cameras in the board of governors meeting on February 10, three student representatives walked out of the meeting, feeling that the issue shouldn’t have been discussed in closed session but rather in open session where members of the audience would be able to observe.
With the absence of the student representatives, quorum, which is 21 governors, was no longer met, prohibiting the rest of the BoG members from voting on motions, and cancelling the meeting.
